The ecosystem operates on a kudos system, rewarding volunteers who host worker nodes with priority placement in generation request queues. Developers can also access the network via a REST API to integrate distributed generation capabilities into custom applications. Consequently, anonymous users without registered API keys may experience longer wait times during peak network usage periods.
